Hanging Broken Heart Original

The Hanging Broken Heart was inspired by leaves I saw hanging outside my studio window. They were across the back yard in the woods and from that distance looked like a hanging broken heart! I immediately snapped a few pictures from the window then went outside to get a few more close up. Taking some artistic license I painted them in autumn colors and leaned heavily into the red to give it more of the broken heart look.

Up close the painting looks like fall leaves dangling, but further away it looks like a broken heart just as I saw out my studio window.

The canvas size is 4.5"x6" and comes matted and framed in a 5x7 frame as pictured. Signed and dated on the back of the painting for proof of authenticity. The color test strip is also included with this painting as pictured in the second and third photo. The frame in this photo IS included in this purchase.
