Silly Birds Original | Floaty Flamingo

The Floaty Flamingo was dreamt up as I struggled with a bout of insomnia. As I dozed trying to fall asleep I imagined this silly flamingo on vacation and I knew I wasn't getting to sleep that night until I drew him. The next morning I applied the watercolor and he came to life. I can't be mad about insomnia brain when I create something this silly and whimsical! It brings a smile to my face every time I see it.

I ended up loving this Floaty Flamingo so much I made myself a print of it to hang on my pink art gallery wall in my studio. You can see pictures of it in the Floaty Flamingo Print Posting in a blue frame!

The original is painted on 3.5x5 inch watercolor paper and matted for a 4x6 frame. Pink frame pictured is NOT included in this purchase.
