Watercolor Botanical Print | Creeping Phlox

These Creeping Phlox were painted after snapping them outside the bnb I stayed at before heading out to the Art Loeb Trail.

Creeping Phlox is a native plant to eastern United States. It's a pollinator friendly plant and is often noted for heralding the coming of spring. Many choose to plant this native plant in their gardens to attract bees and butterflies which is where I found this plant in the garden of the bnb. Creeping Phlox is a plant of renewal and resilience as it is known to continue to grow in harsh conditions like poor and rocky soils.

Prints are printed on Red River Aurora Art Natural 300 paper in 3.5x5 size and are personally printed and signed by me at Walking Iris Studio. Prints come unmatted.
