Watercolor Botanical Prints | Blue Flag Iris

The Blue Flag Iris was painted as a challenge from my husband. In January of 2026, as I was quickly phasing out of my corporate job, I created a jar full of art prompts to encourage me to keep being creative even when I wasn't motivated. The prompts were a way to reduce decision fatigue when I didn't know what to create. In April my husband walked into the newly created Walking Iris Studio and spotted my jar. He quickly pulled out one, handed it to me, and said it was due by the next Friday. Challenge accepted and delivered!

Prints are printed on Red River Aurora Art Natural 300 paper in 5x7 size and are personally printed and signed by me at Walking Iris Studio. Prints come matted or unmatted. The matted option is matted for a 8x10 frame.
